All about credits, limits, and changing plans

How does pricing work?
Your subscription sets the features, the number of seats and the number of active roles. AI credits cover AI-powered tasks. Every plan includes credits, and you can top up your balance if you need more.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits refresh each billing period and don’t roll over. Your top-up balance is used after your plan credits.
What happens if I switch to a lower plan?
Your workflows keep running, but steps that aren’t included in the new plan, such as AI interviews, are flagged and won’t run.
