Welcome to Careerswift, an AI-powered job search assistant developed and operated by INTELEO, Sp. z o.o.. ("Careerswift," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to AI-powered assistance, career tools, mobile applications, websites, and other online offerings (collectively, the "Service").
BY USING THE SERVICE OR CLICKING "I AGREE," YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.
1. Service Overview
Careerswift uses artificial intelligence to assist users in job searching, resume optimization, interview preparation, and career development. As part of the Service, users may engage in two-way communication with AI agents that use machine learning to personalize recommendations and suggestions.

Responses generated by AI are based on training data and may not reflect real-time job market changes or personal circumstances.
Users are responsible for verifying information and using discretion when following AI-generated suggestions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to:
Input false or misleading information.
Abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
Share login credentials or use another person’s account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your data.

We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms.
8. Payment Terms
Some Services may require payment. Before being charged, you will be informed of any applicable fees. Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
