What is Careerswift?
Careerswift connects job seekers with companies looking for talent. Job seekers can improve their resumes and LinkedIn profiles and prepare for interviews. Companies and recruiters can find, screen, and interview candidates. AI handles routine tasks, while people make the hiring decisions.
Can I use Careerswift without a recruiter?
Yes. AI can handle sourcing, initial screening, assessments, and interviews, so you can manage much of the hiring process without a dedicated recruiter. A person still makes the final hiring decision, and the system explains the reasoning behind each score.
How does AI know which candidates are a good fit?
Each candidate gets a match score from 0 to 100, along with an explanation. A score of 70 or higher indicates a strong match, 40–69 suggests a possible match, and below 40 indicates a weaker fit. Your likes and dislikes are taken into account the next time you search for candidates for that role.
How does pricing work for companies?
Your subscription determines which features you can use, how many team members can have a seat, and how many active job openings you can manage. Each plan includes AI credits for AI-powered tasks. If you need more, you can add credits to your balance.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. The Growth plan lets you remove the “Powered by” badge and add your own branding. For white-label options, book a demo and we can talk through the details.
Which languages is the interface available in?
English, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, and Polish.
